LED screen hire pricing in Dubai is calculated per event or per day depending on the hire duration, the panel configuration, and whether on-site technical operation is included. Pricing covers panel supply, delivery to site, installation and rigging, basic content loading, and collection.

On-site technical operation during the event, content management and playback operation, and content creation are available as add-on services quoted separately.

• Small indoor LED hire (up to 10m², 1 day): From AED 1,500 per day
• Conference and exhibition LED hire (10 to 30m², multi-day): From AED 3,500 per day
