The daily rate covers the complete service from equipment dispatch from our Dubai warehouse to post-event collection, including the installation crew’s time on site, the technical operator’s presence during the event programme, and all equipment in working order for the full duration of the event.

There are no hidden charges for standard configurations — delivery within Dubai, standard ground-support mounting, single-zone content playback, and collection are all included in the daily rate.

The following day rates represent standard configurations for common event types in Dubai. All rates are indicative and subject to confirmation based on the confirmed screen dimensions, venue, date, configuration, and any additional services required.

• Small Indoor LED Wall (up to 3m x 2m, P2.5, ground support): From AED 1,500 per day — suitable for small product launches, press events, and boardroom-scale corporate briefings
• Medium Indoor LED Wall (up to 5m x 3m, P2.5, ground support or truss): From AED 3,000 per day — suitable for conference breakout stages, gala dinner backdrops, and exhibition stand main screens
• Large Indoor LED Wall (up to 8m x 4.5m, P2.5 or P3, truss or ground support): From AED 6,000 per day — suitable for conference main stages, award ceremony backdrops, and large exhibition stand configurations
• Outdoor LED Screen (up to 5m x 3m, P5 IP65, rated ground support): From AED 4,000 per day — suitable for outdoor corporate events, brand activations, sports screenings, and outdoor concerts

Add-on services available at day rate include on-site LED operator for continuous technical coverage (AED 500 to AED 800 per day), content loading and playlist management (AED 300 per day), and backup media player setup (AED 200 per day).

What is Included in the Day Rate

Every LED screen day hire rate from Desert Star Advertising includes delivery to the venue within Dubai, offloading and positioning of all equipment, structural assembly of the ground-support or truss mounting frame, panel installation and connection, system configuration and signal testing, content loading from files provided by the client, standby technical presence during the event setup and live programme, panel dismantle and collection from the venue after the event.

Installation crew travel outside Dubai, ferry or permit fees for outdoor locations requiring municipal access coordination, and content creation or design are quoted separately.

Same-Day and Short-Notice LED Hire in Dubai

We accept same-day and short-notice LED screen hire bookings in Dubai subject to stock availability. For events with less than 48 hours notice, contact our hire team directly by phone or WhatsApp with the screen size, venue, and event time and we will confirm availability and provide a quotation within two hours during business hours.

Our Dubai warehouse stocks a range of indoor P2.5 and outdoor P5 panels available for immediate dispatch without the lead time required for imported or specially ordered equipment.
